Telstar bottles are hand filled in Mathmos' British factory with the unique long-lasting lava lamp formula developed by the founder and inventor of the lava lamp Edward Craven Walker. - Up to date Safety Standards: You can be sure that Mathmos lava lamps have passed all the relevant safety tests. Ensure ythe lamp is placed in a suitable environment for optimum use, we recommend a room between 20-24 degrees and positioned away from a heat sthece, window or breeze.
